Android Application Record (AAR)

The Android Application Record (AAR) forces an Android device to launch a specific application when an NFC tag is tapped. The payload contains the Android package name (e.g., 'com.example.myapp'). If the app is installed, it opens immediately; if not, the Google Play Store opens to the app's listing. AARs provide guaranteed app routing that overrides Android's default NDEF dispatch, ensuring the intended app always handles the tag. AARs are Android-specific and ignored by iOS devices.
