ECMA-340

ECMA-340 is Ecma International's specification for NFC interface and protocol, technically aligned with ISO/IEC 18092 (NFCIP-1). Published as a freely available standard, ECMA-340 provides the same peer-to-peer communication specifications but with open access, facilitating wider adoption and implementation. It covers active and passive communication modes, initialization, device detection, and the data exchange protocol between NFC-enabled devices.
