Text Record

The NDEF Text record encodes human-readable plain text in UTF-8 or UTF-16 encoding with a language code identifier. Text records are used for displaying information directly on the user's device, labeling assets, and storing descriptive metadata alongside other NDEF records. The payload includes a status byte indicating encoding and language code length.
